To uninstall CoreMelt plugins go to the folder shown at left: /Library/Application Support/CoreMelt/Tools. (Not the folder in your user directory, from the top level of your hard disk). We provide two tools, one of them "Remove CoreMelt Plugins" removes the plugins from showing up in host applications but leaves essential library files. The other option "Full Uninstall CoreMelt plugins completely removes all files which CoreMelt V2 installs.
WARNING: The Full Uninstall may prevent other software from working if that software was using Quartz Composer, however re-installing the software in question will address this. |

Hiding some CoreMelt plugins (Final Cut Studio and Final Cut Express
If you have installed the full set and then decide you only want to see some plugins in your menus you can go into the installation folder and remove the sets that you do not want to see. Delete the folders that you don't want to see from the folder shown on left.

Hiding some CoreMelt plugins (After Effects CS3/CS4)
For After Effects you can hide plugins from the menus by removing the folders from the directory in Adobe Application Support as shown on left.
