Project settings are not compatible between this release and the previous CoreMelt FxFactory releases. However you can have both CoreMelt FxFactory versions and new CoreMelt V2 products installed if you are still working on projects that use CoreMelt FxF plugins. The new versions appear as groups starting with “C2” instead of “CM”, eg CoreMelt Blur plugins FxF pack are under “CM Blur” while the new V2 Products are categorised by product name eg “C2 Luminous - Blurs and Glows”. |

Hiding the previous CoreMelt plugins
If you no longer require the FxF version in future then you can run a script we have installed in “/Library/Application Support/CoreMelt/Tools” called “Disable CM FxF Plugins” which will hide the older version from showing up in your plugins menus.
If you have old projects that require compatibility with this release then read our instructions below on changing back to the FxF version.

Re-enabling the previous CoreMelt plugins
- 1. Go to the folder /Library/Application Support on your system disk.
- 2. Find the folders "Noise Industries" and "Noise Industries (disabled)"
- 3. Drag all files in the "Noise Industries (disabled)" folder to the "Noise Industries" folder.
- 4. Run the FxFactory application and make sure all plugin packs starting with "CoreMelt" are ticked
Noise Industries and FxFactory are trademarks of Noise Industries LLC, CoreMelt V2 products do not use FxFactory and are not endorsed by Noise Industries LLC in any way
