Lost Serials
If your HD crashed or you have lost your serials for any reason and need to re-install you can get them back as follows:

We use the ecommerce company Plimus for our order processing, using their "Find Order" form you can obtain all serials that were sent to you.

If you purchased through a reseller such as Toolfarm or Flashback you should contact them directly to obtain your serials.

Alternatively, please contact us if you are having any problems and we will help you as quickly as possible.

Once you have your serials back, you should re-install and re-enter your registration number.
