Step 1: Download the CoreMelt Image Flow Fx Installer

Step 2: Install Noise Industries FxFactory 2.0.3
(Final Cut Studio and Final Cut Express users only)

FxFactory is not required to be installed for After Effects users. You are not required to purchase FxFactory in order to use ImageFlow Fx for Final Cut Studio.

ImageFlow FxPlug is completely free to use for 14 days, after that you must purchase a license key to remove the water mark from all rendered effects. Latest version includes two effects which are free and unlimited for all users regardless of whether you purchase or not. ImageFlow for After Effects was a demo watermark which is removed after purchase.

Step 3: Make sure you restart your host application

Adding the generators to your project:
  • Final Cut Pro and Motion: you will see the generators show up under "CM ImageFlow FX" category in the effects library. Click on the ImageFlow banner to open the included documentation.
  • After Effects: Apply the ImageFlow filter you wish to use to a video layer or a solid layer. From the Layer menu select "New->Solid", then select the ImageFlow plugin you wish to use from the "Effects->CoreMelt ImageFlow" menu.

Mac computer with PowerPC G4, G5 or Intel processor

  • Final Cut Studio 2, Final Cut Pro 6.0.2 (or later), Motion 3.0.2 (or later)
  • Final Cut Studio (Universal), Final Cut Pro 5.1.2 - 5.1.4, Motion 2.1.2
  • Final Cut Express 4.0
  • After Effects CS3
  • After Effects 7.0
  • CoreImage capable graphics card with 64MB VRAM or more.
