Strength 

Strength of the distortion.

Scale Cells 

Scale of the distortion cells.

Soften Cells 

Controls blurring of the cell

Ripples Speed

Speed of the cell ripple movements.

Distortion Type

Choose glass or displacement distortion from a pop up menu.

Show Texture

Allows you to see the distortion texture so you can make fine adjustments.
