CM Blur->Blur RGB

Allows separate control of blur values on the Red, Green and Blue channels of an image.

Unique Parameters:

Blur Strength

the width of the blur effect in pixels.

Blur Red, Blur Green, Blur Blue 

Toggle on and off blurring of each channel.

Red, Green, Blue Offset

The variation of each channel from the overall blur.   Eg red –3 and blur strength 12 means red channel is blurred 8 pixels.
